Strudel anyone?! Today I'm sharing with you a very easy but delicious SPINACH STRUDEL recipe. I learned this in Germany, where I could get the ingredients basically in every supermarket. Strudels are sold everywhere but I like making them myself because I could adjust the taste to my liking. Plus, It's simple, and homemade is always better. Hope you can try this sometime. INGREDIENTS
► 62 g of pre-boiled (totally no water) Spinach
► 1 Egg
► Some Parmesan (optional)
► Nutmeg
► 250 g of Feta Cheese
► Salt and pepper to taste
► 1 Egg yolk
► 275 g of Puff Pastry (dough)
