Ingredients:
300 gms lal maath or lal saag
red spinach or amaranth leaves
3 onions
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp each: mustard seeds,
red chilli, turmeric powder
1/4th fresh coconut
1 potato
3 garlic cloves
4 tbsp roasted peanuts
