When you meet someone who’s read the same book as you there’s an instant connection, like you’re a part of some secret club. Kelly fell in love with Agatha Christie mysteries after a random encounter with a stranger who was reading one of her novels. The experience inspired Kelly to launch her own initiative called “Stranger Reads” to inspire people to swap book suggestions with friends and strangers alike. Kelly kicks off the campagin by having two audience members share their favorite books and swap with each other.
