After volunteering all night at the Orcas Island 100 I went for a short run on the course to check it out.

I ran from where I had been working at the Mountain Lake aid station around the lake then up and over Mount Pickett. After returning to the lake and following its drainage down for a while I left the course and returned to my car.

Gorgeous trails up there!
