North Pennsylvania Ave in downtown Bethany Beach starting to see flooding this evening from this strong coastal storm. Local officals have begun to shut down this street in advance of expecting higher flood waters overnight. The normal popluar tourist location is now a ghost town with very little activity of residents. Waves on the increase along the Atlantic building to 5-8 this evening.
