YOU WILL NEED YOUR STOCK FOAM GIMBLE PROTECTOR AND A SMALL BOX A SPARE BATTERY BOX OR A CELL PHONE BOX WORKS PERFECTLY.

* To answer the question why the foam is important
The foam is so it holds the cam and gimbal close enough to center that once the calibration is over the center point of the cam is set close enough so when you go to reactivate the gimbal by doing the regular gimbal calibration its now reset its center point close enough to maintain a level horizon. I hope this explains it well enough to understand because I'm not good at explaining.
If you don't have your foam you can make one out of a magic eraser, or soft foam.

* Step 1 .. Drone 6 way calibration. Follow on screen prompts.
Step 2. Gimble 6way calibration. When you do this step you put the stock foam cover on. When you do makeing sure the camera is as straight as possible. Then follow on-screen prompts.
Step 3: After completing 6 way gimble calibration***** (REMOVE FOAM COVER VERY IMPORTANT OR YOU CAN DAMAGE THE MOTOR!!!)***** . Place drone on a Battery box so the front legs aren't touching . The drone should be level for step 4. Take note gimble will be powered down that is normal.
Step 4: Preform a regular gimble calibration and the gimble will power back on and should be spot on level.
Step 5: compass calibration.
