Loco Moco, a DELICIOUS dish from Hawaii, it is an inexpensive meal, made up of rice, a hamburger patty, onion & mushroom gravy, topped with a over easy egg.

I call it Hawaii's Salisbury Steak, my family loves it and I think yours will too!
