There is this saying that even in the jungle, there is a hierarchy. Thus, one particular species must be on top of the food chain. They decide how the other animals should behave with their dominance. This is also the case with Flying Monkeys and narcissists.
Narcissists with a solid and manipulating ability often feel they are on top of the food chain and control all that's around and below them—and being that they see themselves as flawless and without a dent of imperfection. They often have people who do the 'dirty works' The narcissists often manipulate their ways into these people's lives. Because they allegorize the concept of Flying MonkeysMonkeys from the movie Wizard of OZ, they are regarded with the term Flying Monkeys.
