I'm a massive fan of peri-peri chicken, especially when I do it myself over fire! If you havent tried this on your BBQ yet, you really are missing out, trust me.
For this cook, I've loaded up the Thuros T4 with some of my favourite chicken cuts along with corn on the cob & halloumi. I love the wind deflector accessory as it enables you to adjust the level of the cooking grate depending on the amount of heat you want from your charcoal below
