Description: The Unicorn Leatherjacket has a pale brown to bluish-grey body, which changes depending on its stage of development. Its eye is positioned further back compared to other fish, typically above the gill. The body displays a mosaic or scribbled pattern with scattered darker spots on the sides. This species is commonly found in deeper coastal waters around drop-offs, overhangs, and sandy-bottomed areas.
