The nectar in these reddish flowers were popular with a number of birds - including the endemic Oriente Warbler (Teretistris f. fornsi) in the background of this video and a female Western Spindalis (Spindalis zena pretrei, see video 1/3). This is a female Cuban Green Woodpecker, recognisable by the black-and-white streaked forecrown.
