Many years ago, Swiss installed a business class that offered a variable softness or stiffness of the seats, through air chambers, like an air mattress I guess. However, these chambers are being inflated or deflated everytime I do the slightest movement, which is super annoying, and I can't believe after so many years, they still have this terrible hard product. And I know that I'm not the only one complaining about these seats.
Anyway, this trip took me onboard an Airbus A330-300 from Boston Logan to Zurich, in Business Class, and luckily the nice cabin crew compensated for the lack of comfort.
