How do you know if the signs that you experience are signs of preterm labor? Unfortunately, the answer is not always straight forward. So, in order to create an awareness of what to look out for, in this video, Nathalie Kaufmann, Pregnancy & Birth Consultant and TCM Therapist, and Mathias Ritter, Researcher and Science Geek, explain the 7 most common signs of preterm labor.
First, they explain the two most reliable signs of premature labor. In fact, when you observe these signs, you should talk with your doctor immediately.
Next, they explain 5 more signs. These signs COULD be signs of preterm labor, however, they are not reliable because they can also be totally harmless. Because of that, Nathalie and Mathias explain under which circumstances they could be signs of premature labor.
Finally, they also explain in detail what you need to do if you believe that you experience any signs of preterm labor.
