Studying for both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at the University, Ian Smith has always been interested in solving problems.
Launching his first business whilst still a second year student at the University, he brought together a local construction firm and HM Prison Lincoln to fund vocational training for prisoners.
He is now the Co-Founder and Director of Vision Drive and Motor Delivery - two very successful local businesses that continue to grow year on year.
