Sources say Kelly parted ways with CAA - which represents NBC News' president - and has also hired top Hollywood talent litigator Bryan Freedman. Kelly's moves seem to indicate that she's gearing up for a legal battle with NBC over the contract that made her the highest-paid host on the network. Sources initially said Kelly and NBC were discussing a move to evening news. The former Fox News host first came under fire on Tuesday after she defended white people who wanted to wear blackface on Halloween. Earlier Wednesday, sources said Kelly's team was contacting rival networks to try and find a new home for her. A re-run show was aired Thursday after House of Cards cast members Michael Kelly and Robin Wright (pictured) pulled out of their appearance.
