Preacher vs. Spider Curls: Know The Difference ⚠️

Here is the ONLY Video you need to watch to know the difference between Preacher and Spider Curls.
⚠️ NOTE: Both of these exercises are very similar since they emphasize the short/inner head of the biceps.
When performing Preacher Curls, your arm will be resting at a 45DEG angle, this will make your biceps work the hardest in the stretched/lengthened position of the repetition. ✅
However, when performing Spider Curls, your arms will be at a Greater Decline making your biceps work the hardest in the shortened/contracted position of the repetition. ✅
Using a Combination of both will be killer for Growing your Biceps. 🔥
