We start by talking about how exactly this block develops using the cardiac conduction system. We discuss how to quickly identify a possible RBBB and also the formal diagnostic criteria. We explore slightly different morphologies of this block. We talk about some of the potential causes of a RBBB. We then look at actual 12 lead ECG's with right bundle branch blocks to provide real life examples of diagnosing RBBB.
