Matured in ex-Bourbon casks and finished in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks

COLOUR
Dark anber
NOSE
Sherry, stewed dark fruit in syrup, chocolate, sherry wood, soft peat smoke, smoky red grape juice, leather
TASTE
Soft, rich, complex, sweet sherry, chocolate, honeyed raisins, slightly salty, Christmas spices, oily, sherried plums and prunes
FINISH
Medium finish, well integrated, peppery wood spices
WITH WATER:
Nose: more smoky sweet red grape juice
Taste: deliciously sweet, soft and elegant with a peppery edge
SUMMARY: well rounded lightly peated sherried dram
