Existing U.S. antidumping duty orders on S. Korean cold-rolled steel flat products will remain in place

Existing antidumping and countervailing duty orders on imports of cold-rolled steel flat products from countries including South Korea will remain in place.
That follows a decision by the U.S. International Trade Commission on Wednesday.
Other countries on the list are China, India, Japan, and the United Kingdom.
The move comes as the commission decided that revoking the existing duty orders, introduced in 2016, would lead to recurring dumping.
The action is part of a five-year review process required by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
The act requires the Department of Commerce to revoke an antidumping or countervailing duty order after five years... unless the department and the ITC deem the order necessary.
