For the ginger juice I use pure African ginger. Ginger is very good for our system. Good qualities of ginger is killing cancer cells, curing infections. gingivitis. Bad breath lose weight. I show two different ginger in this video. The big ginger is from the market. and the little ginger I bought them at an African shop. African ginger are very hot than usual ginger. I think it has to do because it is pure. If I have ginger blended and then sieve. After i sieve the ginger strain the scraps I do not throw them away. I reuse until the flavor is completely out. or I cook with leftovers. because the leftovers Ginger is very healthier
