Eight months ago, Nayab Singh Saini was picked to replace Manohar Lal Khattar as the CM candidate in Haryan to tide over the anti-incumbency in the state. As Saini wins the mandate in Haryana, he joins a long list of BJP chief ministers who are below 60 years of age. Out of 13 CMs, nine are below 60 years old.
