We ate the ROTTING shark. It was all going great until we had a taste test of the rotten shark. It’s known as the Greenland shark. It’s hard to eat this dish because the meat has been fermented in it’s own urine and it gets buried for several months. I don’t recommend this dish, unless you’re up for the challenge.
