I show you what I did to fix my Ender 3 Neo 3D Printer where the Z Axis would only move up not down. 98% of the time the Z axis (Move Z or Z Offset) would only move up not down, 1% of the time it didn't move up or down and 1% of the time it kind of worked but first layer horrible and most of time it wouldn't stick to bed. Now everything is back to normal.

This should work on the Ender 3 Max Neo too and maybe other Ender 3 models as well.
