One of the most famous and often used EQ modules in recording history, the Neve 1073 has made its way onto thousands of classic recordings over the years and is a favorite of many audio engineers. Several plugin developers have created their own emulations of this classic EQ, and in this video I show you EQ settings for kick and snare drum using Universal Audio’s 1073 EQ, plus how to get similar results with a stock EQ.
