This 10 minute gentle & easy walk is for viewers who might be afraid of exercising, but want to start, yet aren't sure where to start. This workout can be catered to true beginners but also to regular viewers who know their limits and know they can push harder on the faster periods of the workout. As I often say, just commit to 5 minutes and hopefully after the 5 minutes, you'll become energized and will want to do more. This is also a great workout for taking a short break in the day to get in some more exercise, or for days when you don't feel you can do more. By catering the workout to yourself, you can make this a gentle walk, or a more challenging sweaty 10 minute workout. This workout is for all ages and sizes and with consistency, you will benefit from improved health.
