We test-drove the 2014 Toyota Corolla. The Corolla will be available in four grade levels; L, LE (starts at $18,300), LE Eco and the S model which adds an aggressive piano black grill, leather wheel, sport drive mode and paddle shifters, plus 17" wheels for $19,000.

The LE Eco is a new model that offers a more efficient 1.8-liter engine and a CVT transmission to increase fuel economy to 42 mpg on the highway.

The new aggressive look has a functional modern style throughout. Inside the Corolla, we liked the fluid dashboard design, and the controls were easy to reach. The modern look continues with an open feeling that offers an abundance of soft touch interior panels, comfortable seating and more rear legroom.

All Corollas will come standard-equipped with LED headlamps, Bluetooth hands-free phone, eight airbags, and audio-streaming connectivity. Some of the available content includes:
