Coconut Nectar Review - Comparsion Coconut Secret Vs Big Tree

I love every thing coconut from extra virgin coconut oil, to coconut flakes, to coconut kefir, to coconut ice cream, and especially the coconut itself with the healing breast milk of mother earth.

Now we have coconut nectar which is making its way to becoming the next best sweetener out there because of the low glycemic index and nutrient density including amino acids. You gotta be so careful not to over do it with sugar because it can really effect your immune system and create an acidic environment, Luckily with coconut nectar, it actually has a neutral ph which is hard to find in a sugar or sweetener. I got these at whole foods, Big tree was 7.99 i think and Coconut Secret was 8.99. It is worth spending the extra dollar for coconut secret because it is better with high amino count, low temperature heated, and ot says 100% organic. If you don't have a choice, get what ever coconut nectar you can and let me know what you think!

In terms of flavor, the Big tree Farms Coconut Nectoar tastes like maple syrup with its thickness and intense flavor. throw it on waffles, pancakes or even on a piece of toast with Sunflower Butter. Delicious! Even add it to quinoa with banana and pumkin seeds for a sweet breakfast.
