The National University of Singapore has launched its new College of Humanities and Sciences. More than 2,000 undergraduates will form its first cohort in 2021. The college offers a four-year honours degree course and students will get to select a major offered by either the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences or the Faculty of Science. All of them will read a common curriculum -- a set of 13 modules spanning humanities, the sciences and social sciences -- to give them a cross-disciplinary foundation.
