Are you ready to sweat it out? Take a tour of HigherDOSE, a New York-based infrared sauna company co-founded by model-turned-CEO Lauren Berlingeri. She says the high-tech light therapy has created a “cult-like” following by releasing “happy chemicals," along with a slew of other health benefits.

HigherDOSE now offers a take-home sauna blanket, which was tested out by NYNext host Lydia Moynihan. “I feel like I'm at a sleepover!” she said while climbing inside the sleeping-bag like device. The bio-hacking brand has attracted the likes of Bella Hadid, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Winslet, Jonah Hill, Carolyn Murphy, and Lady Gaga.
