a giant water snake spotted in the raquette river. well, actually its THE NIGHTMARE OF TAXPAYER MONEY spent on a water line project across the massena springs river that has taken almost two years to complete with a huge number of contractor mistakes and blunders. all courtesy of your local massena new york government.....a nightmare project for a simple water pipeline.
