Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were eager to help.
The food is absolutely amazing, everything we tasted is worth it. It was just the retreat we needed.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dubai or for a weekend getaway.
