District Legal Services Authority Poonch Organised An Awareness Camp On Drugs Abuse At Poonch Where Chairman District Legal Services Authority Poonch Mr.Javed Rana Hakla, Advocate Bhanu Partap, Advocate Tariq Hayat, Advocate Mehmood Hussain Shah, Advocate Abdul Majid Khan, Advocate Roheni Parmar,Legal Aid Staff And Para Legal Volunteers Participated.
The Speakers Highlighted The Legal Provision To Contain The Menace Of Drugs And Also Advised That The Parents Should Be Alert And Must Keep Surveillance That They Should Not Come In Contact With Those Persons Who Are Addict.
They Also Emphasised That The Elders And Parents When Detect Somebody Taking Drugs Or In Company Of An Addict He Must Bring It To The Notice Of His Parents Instead Of Ignoring It.
The Speakers Also Informed That In All The District Hospitals,The Addiction Centers Are Functional And Whenever Need Arises These Centers Should Be Approched For Counseling And Treatment Of Such Presons.
