Aubergine Fritters Recipe.
Aubergine ftitters are quick, easy, delicious appetizers or sides.
Everyone will love this recipe, especially kids .
Ingredients:
- 1 medium aubergine sliced.
- 1 small onion chopped.
- fresh coriander.
- 2 green chilli sliced.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- salt .
- 1 tbsp cumin coriander powder.
- 1 tbsp paprika powder.
- chilli crushed .
- 2-1/2 tbsps gram floor.
- 1-1/2 tbsps rice flour .
- 2 tbsps vegetable oil .
- water as required.
In a bowl, mix the sliced aubergine with the onion, green chilli, garlic,and coriander, then add all the spice ,the gram floor, rice flour,oil,mix together, add water gradually then fry (deep fry).
