Our international yoga teacher training, The Modern Yoga certification is starting up again October 1. This year we are running the training 100% online and this Q+A session is answering your questions on how the training works, is it possible to learn and be certified online, what you will learn in the course and so much more. This training focuses on integrating a sustainable approach to yoga with applied anatomy and movement education while retaining the heart of the ancient teachings in context to the modern world. We focus on healthy movement, updated yoga asana, teaching tools and tips, online teaching/business education and most importantly, bringing yoga to life in a modern world through the lens of social justice and education.
