When you don't have time to prepare a complicated dinner, use this recipe and simply press the "start" button on your rice cooker and you'll have delicious pork ribs with rice in front of you in less than half an hour.

Ingredients (1-2 servings)
300g Pork ribs
300g Rice
1 stick Spring onion
1 slice of ginger
2 pieces of garlic
1 pc of Chilli 1pc
1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2g Pepper
2g Salt
15g Dou Chi (Fermented Black Soybeans)
Recipe:
1 Weigh 300g of rice, wash it, soak it in water and set aside.
2 Slice the white onion, dice the ginger, slice the garlic and slice the chillies
3 Wash the pork ribs well.
4 Add 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 2 g pepper, 2 g salt, 15 g fermented black soybeans chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and chillies to the ribs; mix well and marinate for half an hour.
5 Place the soaked rice in the rice cooker and arrange the ribs on top of the rice.
6 Pour in water that is level with the ribs.
7 Press 'start' to cook the rice.
8 When the rice is cooked, simmer for 10 minutes, mix well and enjoy.
