The link below is an affiliate link for E45 shower cream which is an emollient I use. If you do buy E45 cream it is very slippery when used in the shower so watch your step. Only apply to wet skin and then wash off, it is a soap substitute not a moisturizer. However you wash your genitals, don't use soaps or any products that make bubbles.

Genital herpes is a sexually transmitted infection (STI) passed on through skin to skin contact as well as vaginal, anal and oral sex. Treatment from a sexual health clinic or a health practitioner experienced in sexual health can help. Symptoms clear up on their own but can come back.
if you have small blisters that burst to leave red, open sores around your genitals, anus, thighs or bottom.
you may also experience tingling, burning or itching around your genitals, pain when you pee. In women, vaginal discharge that's not usual.
These can be symptoms of genital herpes.
Go to a sexual health clinic even if you have not had sex for a long time, as blisters can take months or years to appear.
