Each year First 5 San Francisco honors teachers who have made outstanding contributions to the classroom and partnered with families to promote child well-being. This awards provide all of us an opportunity to reflect on the importance of high-quality ECE, and in particular the contributions that recipients of the award have made to our children’s health, learning, and growth.
