The Central Quad is the largest building on the new campus. It is now the new home for all six schools of the College of Sciences & Health (formerly located in Kevin Street), as well as two schools from the College of Arts & Tourism (formerly located in Cathal Brugha Street), and one school from the College of Engineering & Built Environment (which is formerly located in Kevin Street):

Highly specialised laboratories and learning centres provide a world-class education environment, attracting the best and brightest students to TU Dublin and positioning researchers at the forefront of scientific discovery. The emphasis throughout the building is on openness and accessibility, putting learning ‘on show’ and allowing students and visitors to observe activities in laboratories and training areas.
