Hi Everyone Today I will talk about EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) vs Microcurrent and which one should you choose according to your needs. I get this questions a lot so I decided to make this video to clarity what are the differences and benefits of both these electrotherapy modalities. I will also share my experience from currently just using EMS (lumo) on my face and neck. I will have some before and after video to show you my results so far from just using the LUMO which uses EMS.
