Sausage Rolls Recipe
1 lb ground pork
2 sage leaves
3 fresh thyme leaves
1 small sweet onion - diced
1 tsp fennel seed
1/2 tsp rubbed sage
1/4 tsp white pepper
15 grinds black pepper
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp dried sage
1 tsp salt
1 sheet of frozen puff pastry - cut in half
1 egg yolk
Splash of milk
