Civic Issues: ETA I and II boast wide roads, which ensure smooth traffic flow. Further, quiet and serene surroundings make these sectors a good option for those looking to stay away from the city chaos. However, both these sectors of Greater Noida are quite far from the hotspots of Delhi and Noida. Also, retail infrastructure is yet to develop. Some residents have lately raised concerns about the security too.
Both ETA I and II are still in their nascent stage of development. Thus, one can find ample plotted developments here. Even the apartments come at a relatively affordable price compared to other developed parts of Greater Noida. Relatively low property values also make these sectors suitable for investment, but only if you stay invested for long.
