One of my favorite lines to railfan on in southern Illinois. If you're a guy like me who loves Canadian power look no further than the CN Centralia sub. With over 15 trains a day some decent action and a lot of interesting CN locals with really cool power. Original painted locomotives, big lashups, and more fun stuff to see. This is my documentary here on the CN Centralia subdivision aka "The Mainline of Mid-America". Eventually I will consider doing the Edgewood cutoff and maybe the CN Eldorado sub. Enjoy!
