They say sometimes the simplest things are the best, that is certainly true in this case! Leftover Gammon Hash is one of my favourites, I go as far as buying a joint of Gammon only to cook this dish. It is so simple and effortless yet so, so delicious. This couldn't be easier, Dice some potatoes and throw into a pan with a little oil & butter, cook for about 5 minutes stirring occasionally until the potatoes are nicely coloured. Now add in your cubed or sliced leftover Gammon & a sliced onion and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Season with Salt & Pepper if required and add 1TBSP of Worcestershire Sauce and a good few splashes of Tabasco Sauce, finally finish with some chopped Parsley, that's it. You can leave out the Tabasco if preferred or use an alternative. Trust me when I tell you once you've tried this it will most certainly become a regular fixture, Enjoy.
