This was the first webinar in a new series hosted by Met Office on 21 September 2023 about the UK Climate Projections (UKCP) service. We were joined by Paul Young, Lead Climate Scientist at JBA Risk Management, who spoke about estimating future flood risk using UKCP data. Benjamin Harrison, Climate and Ocean Modelling Scientist at the Met Office, also spoke about how we represent uncertainties in future UK sea level change. The webinar was moderated by David Viner, co-chair of the Development and Knowledge Sharing (DaKS) Network created by the Met Office.
