Energy storage is a key area in Barbados' transition to renewable energy.
Minister of Energy and Business Senator Lisa Cummins made the comment as she and a high-powered team from the Inter-American Development Bank, the US Department of Energy, RELP and officials from her Ministry addressed a media conference at her office.
She said it was a market-sounding event from a six-month report on the development of Smart Energy 2030.
