The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency in Sokoto state has destroyed more than twenty-five tonnes of illicit drugs following an order by a federal high court.
Chairman of the NDLEA Mohammed Marwa who was represented by the Director of Legal and Prosecution Services of the agency, Josephine Obi says about four hundred suspects have been arrested in connection with the seized drugs and ninety-five percent of them have been convicted.
