The issue can be reproduced by selecting 2G Network Only from the Settings and trying to make a phone call.

Settings - Connections - Mobile Networks - Network Mode - 2G Only

On my Phone, it happens with Vodafone and also with Orange SIM cards.

Screen recording or screenshots can't capture the glitch (the video / the screenshot looks clean - no fuzzy lines visible).

Some say it's a hardware issue!
Samsung Galaxy A52 devices may also be affected.
