The Last Epoch - The Imperial Uprising event!
This is my build guide for a spellblade 1.17 Cycle starter,

It will use Frost Claw to trigger elemental nova all of which will apply spark charges through the fragment of enigma, all the while we stack lots of int to pretty much improve every aspect of the build.

Easy to gear, easy to play, easy to understand, should make for a fun Starter this cycle reset.
