09-24-2020 Test flight.. was an absolutely beautiful evening to be in the airplane. This is the full flight, from engine start at the fuel pumps to shutdown after landing.
For those wondering why I'm only doing two climbs per session, the reason is that I want the airplane to be as close to having full fuel weight as possible so I can gather as accurate data as possible for constructing the Vx and Vy performance graph. This is also the reason that I'm flying out to my test area on the fuel in the upper wing tank and keeping the main full until I'm ready to perform the timed climbs. And because airplane performance is really based around density altitude, this is why I'm making notes of what the pressure altitude and air temperatures are.
I'd have to say the airplane performed nearly flawlessly on this flight.
