Russia's President, Vladimir Putin has warned of inevitable punishment for those, he described as dividing the Russian society.
President Putin was responding to a civil war threat by *Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the Russian military contractor - Wagner Group.
Earlier on, Russia issued an order to arrest the Group's Leader, for inciting civil conflict following his calls for a rebellion against the country's defence minister.
The Group was based in Ukraine, fighting on behalf of Russia.
Speaking through an interpreter, Putin says a counter-terrorism regime is now in place in the capital Moscow and several other regions.
